Position – Regional Credit Manager

Work Location - Nagpur - Vidarbha (Maharashtra)

Experience - Minimum 3-4 years in Credit/Mortgages (HL & LAP) /Other Relevant Experience

Ctc - Maximum up to 7 Lakhs.

Regional Credit Manager : Vidarbha - Maharashtra

Work Responsibilities :

Process:

- Ensuring Team's/Area Credit Managers adherence to policies and procedures define by the company.

- Ensure all fee collected are deposited by the respective branches within defined timelines

- Ensure all MIS are prepared and published within defined timelines.

- File accuracy and volume for all credit officers in the respective branches within TAT.

People Management :

- Monitoring/managing Team performance, providing feedback guiding and training them on ongoing basis.

- Managing relationships with the service providers / government bodies in the area

Customer Service and Portfolio Management :

- Effective resolution of customer issues / complaints.

- Managing the portfolio of the area within specified limits.

- EMI bouncing collections on time monthly basis.

Administrative:

- Adherence to branch administrative related activities.

- Ensuring the discipline and integrity in the branch.
