Regional Concept Manager - KSA
- The Team that the RCM will manage. 1 Area Manager (Eventually 2 Area Managers ), 1 Regional Trainer, 1 Regional VM, 1 Merchandise Planner. 14 Store Managers.
- Number of stores accountable for. Currently 14 stores within 2 years additional 10+ stores. Looking for a candidate that can actively grow existing as well as future portfolio of stores.
- Experience in retail is it mandatory.
- Experience in footwear is it mandatory. Preferable, if not smaller size formats, with selling model as part of culture.
- Ideal profile would be of someone who has had a multi site experience in at least 2 retail Companies, 15-20 stores,
- Succession planning, change processes, multi functional experience, worked in matrix style organisation, hands on as well as strategic leadership style, prolific sales growth. strong training and development focus.
- Strong People skills at all levels.
- Other key experience factors that must be mandatorily be considered as per of the profile for a successful candidature.
- Multi cultural business, property experience, project management,
