Position Regional Compensation/Benefits (C&B) Partner - Asia Pacific

Reporting To (1) Global C&B Leader, and (2) APAC HR Leader

Team C&B specialists located across APAC

Location Bangalore, Singapore, or Shanghai

The client is a Global Electronics MNC with more than 80,000 employees across 150 countries, in 3 Regions. These are APAC, EMEA, and Americas. APAC includes, but is not limited to China, Japan, ANZ, South East Asia, etc.

POSITION OVERVIEW :

- Provide C&B benefits consulting services aligned to the global total rewards strategy and tailored to the local needs of our customers and clients in Asia Pacific.

- Partner closely with the Corporate Total Rewards team to ensure effective support for compensation and benefits strategy/management is provided to business and HR management in APAC

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE PROFILE :

- 10+ years demonstrated global C&B analysis, design, and administration experience required; some consulting experience preferred; experience in Emerging Markets

- Experience in benefits plan design and administration

- Knowledge of Sales Incentive Plan design and administration

- Good understanding of equity including use in global organizations

- Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze statistical data and develop recommendations

- Strong communication and consulting skills;

- Relationship builder with international skills and can do attitude

- SAP knowledge/experience preferred
