Regional Communications Manager - AMEA - Chemicals

Role Purpose

- Develop internal and external communications programs in AMEA that is aligned with five-year plans, regional strategy, and key change programs.

- Design and develop thought leadership campaigns for members of the AMEA Leadership Team.

- Contribute to influence and build culture and brand through communications and engagement programs.

- Guide and transfer knowledge to ensure communications alignment across the region for internal and external activities, ensuring editorial is leveraged and maximized across internal and external channels.

- Contribute to the development of the Communications function, frameworks, policies, processes, governance.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in communications or related discipline

- Knowledge of communications best practice, including change communications, social media and external communications

- Experience in varied content development for external channels, including social media

- Global Stakeholder management.

- Cultural awareness.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to collaborate and work effectively across teams

- Proactive with a predisposition for action
