Regional Collections Role - NBFC

- Chase the collection targets for the entire lending portfolio

- Improve the current collections process, infrastructure and performance

- Implement collections and risk management strategies for effective portfolio management

- Provide data and feedback to the risk team to help improve the credit assessment process

- Manage the internal collections team and keep them motivated to deliver

- Take complete ownership of overall collections targets

- Work with risk, sales and operations team to improve metrics of performance

- Manage budgets and cost of collections

- Achieve the recovery targets set for each state and zonal teams

- Report risks, portfolio performance and performance against target to the MD and Board

- Appointment and management of collections vendors PAN India

- Building and Improve the collections strategy for the portfolio

- Ensure collection and execution is done as per the defined policy and regulatory norms

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of experience in collections

- Bias for execution

- Proven track record in collections

- Experience of working in NBFC

- Excellent team management capabilities

- Hands on experience in collection with strong execution capabilities
