Designation: Regional Collections Manager (Fintech- NBFC)

Reports To: Chief Operations Officer

Location: Mumbai / Delhi

Product: Loan Against Electronic Payments / LACR

Educational Qualifications: Graduate/PG/PGDM/MBA with a min of 8 yrs. or more of relevant work experience.

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Job Description:

- Negotiating resolution deals with defaulting borrowers

- Visit & trace delinquent clients

- Achieve Collection targets

- Ensure compliance with provisions

- Update proper feedback for each account

- Provide Proper inputs to Business

- Should have hands-on experience in recovery/Collection

- Positive attitude with a smart working approach

An Ideal Candidate should possess:

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Prior demonstrated leadership role

- Discipline, positive attitude, delegation of work in a right manner

- Knowledge of the product, process and compliance
