Principal Accountabilities :

- To Supervise allocation of cases locations wise ( for the region)

- To achieve collection target assigned to the region

- Responsible for handling collection team, collection and enforcement agencies and appointing new agencies basis requirements

- Responsible to ensure field visits are happening on a regular basis

- Ensuring audit and legal compliance on all the collection activities

- To visit chronic cases ( hard bucket) and negotiate for OTS

- Co-ordinate with agencies for Repossessing the properties

Relevant & Total years of Experience :

- 6-9 years of experience

Educational Qualification :

- Minimum Graduate/MBA or additional qualification required
