Regional Collections Manager - Home Loan & LAP

Job Description:

- Manage end to end collection process for Home Loan & LAP

- Develop collection agency infrastructure - tele calling and field collection agencies

- Achieve collection target as defined from time to time while ensuring all regulatory guidelines are being adhered to

- Liaison with legal personnel for recovery related issues

- Manage repossession and sale of assets from defaulters

- Work closely with Analytics, Policy and Technology teams to design and implement innovative collection strategies

Skills/qualification required:

- Graduate / MBA

- Analytical Skills

- Strong vendor management experience

- Excellent interpersonal skill

Prior experience:

Overall Experience in Financial Sector: 8-12 years; Specific Experience in HFC/NBFC with focus on HL/LAP.
