- Managing the entire X bucket collection with an objective to reduce refer out and Increase in resolution of retain accounts month on month.
- Handling the entire call center operations along with enhanced field efficacy with special focus on Pickups.
- Increase in Penal collection and Online payments through call center.
- Leading daily service delivery, continuous development and improvement of provider services in accordance with targets / objectives
- Establishing new channel partners (Franchisees & Agencies), formulating debt recovery strategies & targets and conducting need based training
- Developing and implementing need-based plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realizing organizational goals
- Implementing competent business strategies for widening market, conducting promotional activities and increasing organizational revenue and profitability
- Though it is termed as Regional Tele collection, candidate with More field collection experience ( 75 % filed + 25 % call centre / or more field experience is also fine ).
- TW experience & Multi State ( 3 or more state ) handling candidate is required .
