Regional Collection Manager - NBFC

We are Hiring for Leading NBFC for Regional Collection Manager (Loan).

For Collection Manager we are looking for Some one who as experience in Micro Finance, Group loans, Micro loans, Collection, with team handling.

Salary Budget up to 12 LPA.

Location: Kolkata.

2nd round will be an Walk in round with Zonal head or National Head.

Job Brief: A Regional Collection Manager for Microloans is responsible for overseeing the collection of microloan payments in a specified region. They manage a team of collection agents and work to ensure all loans are repaid in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing staff members and ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing of customers.

- Setting payment collection goals and targets for the department.

- Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit.

- Submit recommendations to regional collections manager for discontinuing agencies based on performance.

- Train the collections team for effective collections & recovery.

- Monitor & review the activities of the collections teams operating in different areas.

- Ensure adherence to collection processes in the region, i.e., system allocation, tracking, monitoring delayed cash deposition; identifying & reporting fraudulent practices.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Collection Manager or similar role.

- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.

- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

- Problem-solving attitude.
