- at least 6 years of experience as a National Account manager and total of 15 years of work experience

- Ateast recent 8-10 years of work experience in BFSI industry

Job Responsibilities:

- Set and monitor engagement health with premium clients for regional account managers

- Network with key customers to identify their pain points and address their specific needs

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success

- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients requirements are met within the expected timeline and quality

- Ensure brand consistency

- Collect and analyse sales data, customer data trends to highlight alarms or provide insight on the business opportunity

- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards

- Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products

- Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales

Desired Skills and experience:

- Overall experience of 15 years with proven relevant work experience as a National Account manager of atleast 6 years

- Solid experience in sales and customer service

- Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients requirements

- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to lead and motivate team members

- Availability to travel as needed
