Regional Channel Manager - Healthcare - Government & Institutional Business - Top Bank
Job Purpose:
The role of the Regional Channel Manager will be to provide leadership and strategy of assigned products in the region, act as a bridge between Portfolio Alliance manager and branch, provide sales support across the region. RCM will also be responsible for leading and training feet-on-street individuals. RCM will be responsible for coordinating, communicating & helping in Healthcare Ecosystem initiatives set by Management.
Job Responsibility Actionable :
- Scoping Researching for new potential Tie-ups.
- Portfolio Monitoring Building a strong network with Portfolio Key Alliance Manager for achieving greater market reach and penetration in various regions.
- Act as a bridge between Portfolio Key Alliance manager and Branch.
- Responsible for managing fulfilment across alliances, location wise.
- Product Feedback Taking feedback of current product offering from partners and competition benchmarking
- Lead Tracking and Analysis RCM will make sure that the Portfolio Alliance Manager will activate his region and provide for adequate business opportunity
- RCM will monitor and catalyse the Lead Conversion of leads generated by all alliance partners for the specific region .He will be a domain expert in Healthcare business
- RCM will drive conversion and secure necessary support required for leads conversion by RBB and respective products updation in CRM Next
- RCM will fetch Healthcare leads inputted in CRMNext so that proper tracking can be done for each alliance
- Updation and Tracking of leads in CRM.
- Checking on fulfilment of leads and finding reasons for drop-offs.
- Training and Marketing RCM will impart alliance level training to RBB and will provide support to resolve queries through personal branch visit, emails and phone calls pertaining to converting and if any additional support needed from the alliance by coordinating with respective alliance manager.
- RCM to discuss and collate requirements in catchment in detail necessary for solution design. Translate it into Requirement document (RD) and share the same with alliance managers
- Responsible for training and planning marketing activities for higher conversions from branches.
- Cross Functional Engagement Responsible for guiding and supervising feet-on-street individuals, who keep in touch with branches .
- Activating branches and feet-on street to sell bank products as per leads generated by Healthcare alliances
- RCM is the first point of contact for RBB team for specific alliance related offerings
- RCM to meet Cluster Head once every month (telephonically/in-person as per convenience) to review progress and conversion of leads provided by all the healthcare tie ups.
- RCM will support branches in locations where the alliances do not have salary accounts with us.
- RCM and local RBB will support local area scoping of Healthcare business and help in identifying local opportunities for alliances
- RCM will do Relationship building and collaborate RBB in business development.
- RCM will work on replication of Solutions, Salary, and relevant healthcare business with RBB.

Experience Required (examples listed below) :

- Exposure to banking preferable.
