Job Description
Reporting to the National Channel Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Achievement of Topline for each channel vertical
- Execute and deliver KPIs for each channel vertical as outlined in the annual/quarterly channel plan
- Work closely with RBMs to identify channel development areas / priorities in various territories and build a Channel Strategy & deliver the same
- Support/Coach the regional FF in delivering the channel KPIs.
- Drive retailing and deliver top-class retail execution standards in his / her territory
- Manage the channel budgets and organise necessary support (trade and consumer marketing) and ensure regional ROI targets are met
- To adhere to the company's business norms / SOPs/ Group compliance/ Code of conduct, NP4 and OTC P3 policies
The Successful Applicant
- You will be an MBA from Tier-1 B-School with atleast 6-8 years experience in FMCG Industry. You will have atleast 3-4 years in channel development and a very good exposure to FMCG sales. You will have good communication skills and a motivation to work in the Consumer Healthcare space.
