Overview :

- Regional Manager role covers Mumbai and adjoining regions. Desired candidate to be from Construction Finance industry and experience in Business Role (Sourcing + Credit knowledge)

Role Requirements :

- Real Estate Background

- Knowledge of local micro market

- Experience handling in Category A/B projects

- Knowledge of Cashflow and other market valuation methods

- Knowledge of Due Diligence working (Market & Finance)

- SPOC for Customer and Relationship Management

- Good grip on Credit Appraisal Memo

- Knowledge of Sourcing and preparation of Detailed Memorandum to be circulated to Stakeholders

Volume of business :

- Category A (Developed > 20 lakhs sq ft) and Category B (5-20 lakhs sq ft
