Sales Planning: Business Plan Formulation
Contribution to Retail Strategy:
- Contribute to the development of retail strategy within the region and ensure alignment with corporate objectives during development and execution.
Financial Planning and Approval:
- Create and seek approval for functional P&L activities such as quarterly budgets, annual targets, and expansion plans from business heads.
- Develop and approve annual business targets for areas and ABMs based on corporate sales targets, including store-wise and variant-wise targets.
- Formulate and approve manpower optimization strategies for the retail function.
- Sales Evaluation and Control: Conducting Business Performance Reviews
Financial Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor financial performance of stores against budgets to identify areas of unsatisfactory performance promptly and capitalize on performance improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement reporting mechanisms to track operational performance and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
Sales: Network Expansion
Store Expansion and Renovation:
- Provide approval for ABM-proposed annual plans on store expansion in new regions and renovation of existing stores based on approved annual targets.
- Approve ROI projections for upcoming new stores.
- Monitor and ensure expansion of retail stores across the region according to targets, proposing countermeasures when required.
- Support new stores with approved budgets to achieve their targets and propose alternatives for deviations in expansion plans.
Retail Operations: Franchisee Management
- Partner Engagement and Issue Resolution:
- Engage with partners periodically to understand operational challenges, resolve escalations, and build professional relationships.
- Manage issues related to partners within the area and escalate complex cases to the RBH as needed.
- Retail Operations: Retail Marketing: Budget Allocations
Marketing Plan Approval:
- Approve marketing plans and budgets for regions, stores, and franchisees in coordination with ABMs after thorough analysis.
- Retail Operations: Field Sales Operations Management: Franchisee Operations and Financial Planning
Approval for Store Interventions:
- Provide exceptional approvals for interventions aimed at improving stores, franchisees, or regions, including marketing support, stock accumulation, and local events.
- Ensure adherence to operational management policies and timelines.
Sales: Retail Operations: Scheme Management
Nation-wide and Regional Schemes:
- Provide inputs to retail marketing teams for developing nation-wide schemes.
- Design, develop, and seek budget approvals for region-specific schemes to enhance seasonal sales.
- Design, develop, approve, and roll out regional schemes concurrent with national schemes within defined budgets, maximizing sales with RBH approval
