Regional Business Manager - Micro & Small Enterprise - Bank

Please find the Job Description:

1. To develop a business strategy for Micro & Small Enterprise Loans (Business Loans & LAP -SEP SENP) and implement the same

2. To set and achieve business goals for Maharashtra (including Mumbai) & Gujarat

3 Bring in innovations and work on strategic partnerships with other players in business loans/ LAP/ enterprise finance

Desired Profile:

1. 12+ years of experience, with min. 5 years of managing large Direct Sales Team.

2. Business loans/ LAP/ Retail loans sales in reputed Banks/NBFCs primary through Direct Sales Channel
