- To drive sales and achieve profitability targets of the organization by managing stores' operations within assigned geographical region together with delivering high quality service to customers
- Contribute to the development of Retail strategy within the region and ensure its translation and alignment during its development and execution
- Create and seek approval of all activities effecting the functional P&L like quarterly budgets, annual targets, expansion plan etc. for the regions from business heads
- Develop and approve the annual business targets to the respective areas/ ABMs based on the sales targets driven by the corporate and develop store wise/ variant wise targets
- Develop and approve manpower optimization strategies for the retail function
