Regional Business Manager - Housing - North

Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in housing (NBFC/Banks is mandatory)

Responsibilities :

- Will be responsible for entire North Region

- Responsible for budgeted profitability and generation of revenue from branches located across the region

- Sourcing, developing and maintenance of customer and builder relationships.

- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction regarding their queries and accomplishment of system.

- Responsible for achieving business targets of sales and collection with a team of executives/BM/PM.

- Keeping a hawk eye view on entire portfolio and keeping NPA's below 1% for entire north.

- Ensuring all original property papers are thoroughly checked and received as per title reports.

- Maintaining cordial relations with vendors and keeping them abreast with latest policy changes as and when required.

- Conducting regular trainings and review of team members to keep them updated about the policies and providing 360 degree review of their respective performances.

- Credit appraisal of home loans, on the basis of all credit parameters. (Ratio analysis and banking and appraised income and other credit norms for product.)

- Superintendence of post disbursement documentation.

- Checking of files taking full view of credit, legal and technical, and their disbursement within the standard TAT.
