Regional Business Manager (RBM) is responsible for spearheading and developing the business volume & profitability of the region along with managing resources, risk and return for the key zone through prudent portfolio management practices, multi-product approach within audit & compliance requirements; with a focused approach on building affordable leadership in the zone.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS:
- Manage P&L & OPEX of the region through growth in volume of business, expansion in affordable &prime market and overall profitability
- Create demand through building networks with local panchayats, rural municipal bodies, channel partners, etc. for a wider penetration for growth of affordable business
- Planning the targets for login, sanction, disbursement, distribution & collections through the branch teams and ensuring the targets are met
- Drive a knowledge culture by continuous training of the branch teams through learning hour's, Q& A sessions, etc. in order to resolve the issues and provide solutions
- Managing relationship with crucial external partners with key NDMA partners, I Bank state heads and other external stakeholder which majorly impact business
- Creating focused channel and product strategies catering to the customers within the geography
- Ensuring loan sanction and disbursement is as per defined policies and procedures
- Ensuring smooth customer onboarding process, optimum credit quality for the accounts and reduction in delinquencies for the zone
