1) To deliver assigned sales targets for Genomics portfolio for the region & achieve growth numbers.
2) To work closely with team in field & convert the KOLs in their HQs for business development of Genomics tests.
3) To monitor day to day working of team in assigned HQs & guide them on promotional plan implementation as per guidelines
4) To coordinate with marketing & technical team incharges to develop new clients/ customers for the genomics business.
5) To service important institutes/ KOLs & take decision on customer servicing
6) To identify & approve right test - consultant matrix for each team member - for right efforts on right doctor for prescriptions.
7) Strategic Planning, Execution & Control of Business.
8) Effects the overall growth of territory in terms of revenue & team productivity.
