We are currently retained by a leading clean energy/EV company to hire a Regional Business Manager Franchisee Management (North) who will oversee operations and business activities in North and east India for them.

The role will be responsible for formulating and implementing the company's strategic plan for the region, providing leadership to achieve short and long-term goals, and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

The person will lead and manage a team of Managers and ground staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence in North & East India, developing strategies to achieve revenue growth targets, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Please note experience of working in a Clean energy/EV space overseeing operations and business activities is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and implement regional strategic plans.

- Provide leadership to achieve short and long-term goals.

- Oversee daily operations and monitor KPIs and financials.

- Lead City Heads and teams and Promote collaboration and performance.

- Identify new opportunities in North & East India and Drive revenue growth.

- Maintain key customer relationships and Resolve escalated issues.

- Manage budgets and forecasts and Optimize resources and control costs.

- Update General Manager and senior management and Communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

To fit the bill, you must have:

- 10-15 years of executive experience, preferably in the franchise sector for EV/Clean space.

- Lled Operations and business activities with EV/Clean Space company

- Strong knowledge of North & East India's market dynamics.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and strategic skills.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

- MBA preferred from a good B school
