Job Overview:
This role of RBM, we are looking internally to increase our regional revenue. Managing current accounts and handling customer service and generating new business from existing accounts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for Regional Revenue
- Increase Wallet Share of clients at respective city by capitalizing on upselling opportunities
- Find avenues of creating stickiness at client level and manage relation
- Manage a team of Customer Service Managers
- Proactively meet and manage relations with client
Candidate Prerequisites:
- Degree from tier 1/2 engineering / management colleges
- 6-10 years of experience in B2B Client Servicing
- Proven track record on upselling and maximizing revenue
- Fast learner and ability to adapt quickly to a new environment
