Educational Qualification:
- Graduation mandatory, MBA or Equivalent desired
Experience :
- 13+ years of experience, with min.
- 5 years of managing large Direct Sales Team. Business loans/ LAP/ Retail loans sales in reputed Banks/NBFCs primary through Direct Sales Channel. Should have managed business over multiple locations in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
Good understanding of the NBFC/bank lending (business loans and LAP) landscape in the region is required.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. To develop business strategy for Micro & Small Enterprise Loans (Business Loans & LAP -SEP SENP) and implement the same
2. To set and achieve business goals for Tamil Nadu & Karnataka for Ujjivan Small Finance Bank for MSE finance business
3. To build teams, manage performance and derive productivity
4. To drive marketing in order to source customers: Client SFB is a new entrant in business loans and would require rigorous sales and marketing to penetrate
5. Maintain portfolio mix in terms of products and quality in terms of portfolio health and yield
6. To collaborate with other business teams and functions of Clients Small Finance Bank
7. Bring in innovations and work on strategic partnerships with other players in business loans/ LAP/ enterprise finance.
