Position - Regional Business Manager

Grade & Location - Bangalore - L5M

Job Description :

New Business & Product Development:

- Source and develop proposals in assigned business territory, through direct marketing and channel partners.

- Build quality SME Asset portfolio in assigned business territory

- Coordinate for post sanction process to ensure timely execution of legal documents and disbursement of the loan by liasoning with legal, compliance and operations team for reducing TAT

- Maintain the customer relations and monitor working of the company and payments.

- Partner with possible institutions to help better serve customer requirements and get business.

- Understand the Customer need & suggest new loan products to meet the requirements.

- Study competitors and do product benchmarking.

- Maintain and manage cordial relationship with stake holders through client servicing.

- Identifying and developing channel partners for achieving business volumes consistently and profitably

- Suggest suitable products as per the customer requirements for new business opportunities

- Suggest cluster locations for future growth potential

- Guide the team to develop business and for monitoring

Credit Assessment

- Understand credit analysis, field visit of the cases. Co-ordinate for Credit team for credit assessment.

Operations & Monitoring

- Co-ordinate for legal documentation, disbursement.

- Post-disbursement monitoring, Company performance monitoring, maintaining portfolio quality

- Relationship management with the companies.

- Ensure collection of dues from the customers and to help & monitor the payment from the company
