- Dive deeper into and leverage the bank relationships to primarily source bulk affordable business through bank
- Engagement with the I bank channel key stakeholders in order to get substantial leads
- Conduct daily webinars with branches to track the response of the leads sourced from the bank
- Conduct Spot sanction activities primarily with bank along with builders and Direct Marketing Agents (DMAs) for gaining dual benefit through engagements and improvement of leads
- Continuous meetings/reviews with Retail Regional Heads/team of retail banking Bank to improve active logins for the zone
- Bank branch activation - engage with key stakeholders in inactive branches and revive them along with FST team and TBMs.
- Track and provide support to ensure that every bank branch where the SMs mapped, the logins are active and intervene wherever required to activate the branches
- Drive mortgage and FD products thru bank channel
- Facilitate and Drive Insurance thru direct existing customer/employee referrals and direct sourcing
- Drive Gold loan product existing customers, direct sourcing, DMA/National DMA partners, referral partners
- Ensure hub and spoke model is utilized appropriately to derive maximum performance for the zone
- Drive performance in the zone across products through appreciation and awards to the FST team and partners in the zone
- Improve the productivity of the front line sales team by facilitating improvement channel and product knowledge
- Driving learning culture within the team by continuously training the branch teams on new and existing products
