Must-Have - 15+ years of SAP experience
- Hunger to win business
- Strong understanding of the SAP market for the APAC region including the understanding of the competition in the geo
- Experience in APAC geo including customer connects, ability to drive business discussions with CXOs
- Good mix of business process knowledge and key technologies of relevance to the market
- Proven track record of revenue growth, driving GTMs, SAP Alliance collaboration
- Ability to drive pricing and commercial discussions with Sales / Customers
- Good know how on estimation, multiple delivery models, various commercial models and innovations around the same
- Relationships with key SAP Alliance partners in the region
- Strong experience in collaborating and leveraging SAP-specific solutions with technology product providers
- Strong understanding of SAP Digital technologies including SAP S/4 HANA
- Strong know-how of SAP LoB's
- Should have worked in projects like Implementation, Global Rollouts, Application Support, Upgrades
- Team player, highly flexible and adaptive to business needs
Good-to-Have 1. At least 5 years- experience of having worked directly in one of the Industry vertical like Manufacturing, Utilities, CPG/Retail, Telecom, Life-sciences etc
