Qualification : Graduate / Preferably MBA
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales strategy - providing direction to execution based on periodic targets and specific project requirements
- Covering Mumbai / Navi Mumbai/ Pune / Ahmedabad locations
- Developing size and skills of sales team to match business development efforts
- Regional Business Head will be responsible for handling Team of up to 55 people
- Setting and meeting monthly and annual sales targets along with the sales teams
- Ensuring that follow up of all sales leads is done timely and professionally, with the aim of maximum conversion
- Developing appropriate pricing strategies to optimize value creation
- Developing, Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Building and maintaining cordial relationship with IPCs, Brokers, Investors and Financial institutions.
- Preparing project detailed reports & MIS reports for management on monthly basis.
