Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Business Head to lead our temporary staffing vertical in Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad / Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing regional P&L, and leading a team of dedicated professionals to achieve set targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement regional business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in alignment with company objectives.

- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure performance excellence.

- Oversee the regional P&L, monitor financial performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve profitability targets.

- Foster strong client relationships and partnerships to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions that meet and exceed expectations.

- Drive sales activities, including client acquisition, retention, and upselling, to achieve revenue targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Operations, to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and enhance service delivery.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies across all operations within the region.

- Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management, providing insights into regional performance and opportunities for improvement.

- Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the regional team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the temporary staffing industry, with a proven track record of success in business development and leadership roles.

- Strong understanding of regional labor market dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve common goals.

- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, manage P&L, and achieve revenue targets in a competitive environment.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
