We are looking for Regional Business Head South for a NBFC Client.
Location -Bangalore
Industry - NBFC (preferably from Vehicle Finance)
Responsibility -
- Ensure SLA's are met and monitor adherence to key service parameters
- Supervise various processes, ensure implementation of SOPs and best practices across the region.
- Ensure adherence to laid down processes
- Lead development agenda for the regional team
- Manage attrition in the state, review manpower numbers and ensure capability building within the existing team
- Mentor and guide the team for attainment of set targets and on discipline, process compliance and adherence to company's rules and regulations.
Performance Management
- The Regional Business Head is responsible and accountable for driving all facets of company performance in his region
- Regular reviews with product managers on business, credit on delinquency, TM / BM on branch performance
- Meet OEM and key channel every quarter along with PCRA kind of national relationship which we have for CSR
Strategic Orientation
- Drive profitability in his state by monitoring key profitability metrics
- Regular reviews with product managers on business, credit on delinquency, TM / BM on branch performance
- Review the OPEX vis-a-vis business performance and visit all branches in a quarter
- Manage the credit quality of the entire portfolio in the state through regular interactions with the team in consultation with the RCM
- Have a perspective to the external factors that would have an impact on the business and develop the overall strategy for the state.
