Job Description :
Will be responsible to develop business, maximize revenue generation & achieve sales targets and collections for the region
- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing and budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of the overall organizational objectives
- Maintains and expands customer base by coaching sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Overall responsible for the business revenue and collections.
- Work with - Demand Gen, Marketing, for the corporate tie ups
- Manage and enable all other principal relationships across the regions
- Enhance Regional principal alignment Planning and governance
Requirements:
- Good experiences in Sales /Managing Partnerships
- Bachelor`s degree/MBA in business management or finance
- Must have a strong command of English and regional language
- Prior experience with managing Sales and Team Management
