Regional Business Head-North
Key Experiences:
- Need someone from startup has done 1 to 10 journey and need to have experienced it and want it again
- Deep experience in B2B sales, such as customer segmentation, pipeline/funnel/prospecting, , channel / partner development, pricing and negotiating/deal closure
- Deep experience in B2B account management, such as land and expand tactics, relationship building, post sales ROI, etc
- Experience in improving productivity through sales levers (meetings, etc) and through other functions (webinars, content marketing, etc)
- Experience in value selling through diagnostic, business case analytics, etc
- Successfully driven cross-sell, upsell and can structurally reduces churn
- Excellent collaboration skills; partnering with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Ops
- Excellent communication skills - managing clients, internal stakeholders, teams and LT
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales experience, including long lifecycle sales
- Desirable that candidate should have B2B understanding in one of tax, accounts payable, supply chain - through education (CA) and/or work experience (consulting focus, finance function)
- Education - CA or MBA
- Work experience - Strategy consulting or Enterprise SaaS or Enterprise Products or B2B sales
