- Ensure execution of state wise & store operations strategy
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary
- Ensure that Sales/OPEX/ EBITDA Targets for the assigned stores (all formats) is met
- Monitor, control and supervise implementation of the planned sales, stock and OPEX Budgets
- Visit stores regularly and work with the team of store managers to ensure appropriate look and feel of the store
- Provide guidance on escalated issues and customer complaints
- Drive shelving, marketing and promotions in the region in order to make the product visible, accessible, and appealing to customers
- Formulate strategy & recommend business development initiatives / workable business ideas
- Transfer leads (if any) to Lead - Real Estate for potential store locations
- Conduct first visit to the site to capture commercial aspects of competition and potential footfall for EC
- Oversee lead generation & opportunity identification for IDS sales in the region
- Oversee inventory reports - region / store / category wise
- Ensure accounting for all receivables, payables and MIS reporting is done as per the protocol/timeline
- Ensure Team development by constant coaching and training
