Job Description :
Regional Business Head :
- Heading P&L for assigned Region
- Managing Team & meeting pre-decided target of the entire region
- To be proactive with locating and developing new business in line with the revenue and sales target
- To ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base
- Establish new business over and above the base business
- Be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action
- Establish key relationships with clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue
- To ensure personal presentation is of the highest standards at all times to project a professional image to clients
- Ensure that all communications with customers are handled within the required time frame and to the company standards
- Entertain prospective clients where appropriate
- Be pro-active in putting forward suggested actions to achieve the Station targets
- Ensure that statistical data is produced and analyzed
- Demonstrate a can do attitude at all times
- To provide support and coaching to new team members within Sales Team
- Carry out other duties/tasks outside normal routines but within the overall scope of the job
- Come up with out of the box ideas to generate revenue
Desired Profile :
- Strong connect with clients and agencies in respective markets
- Only from Radio and TV channels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Preferably a full-time MBA
- 13-16 years of experience in corporate sales
- Prior experience of handling large team is must
