Qualification - Post graduation in business management from a Premier B School
- Extensive experience in managing growth in consumer business
- High business acumen to appreciate how all aspects of business come together and understanding levers for business growth and profitability
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross functional team
- Excellent people management skills, able to drive high performance teams, proven expertise in managing external as well as internal stakeholders.
- Should be able to provide strategic leadership as well have hands-on leadership style with an innate ability to roll up the sleeves and get the work done.
- Shows high energy, passion and high level of enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
- The Business Head will be responsible for all aspects to revenue and profitability
- Manage Budgets, reviews expense and revenue on time to time basis to achieve organizational financial goals.
- Drive the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans
- Drive KPIs across the business and working collaboratively with the senior management team.
- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase sales and probability.
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to deliver the desired business results
