Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Strategy: Develop and implement a regional business strategy for Micro LAP that aligns with the overall company objectives and targets.
2. Sales and Business Development: Lead the sales team to achieve targets by identifying market opportunities, building a strong distribution network, and fostering relationships with key partners and customers.
3. Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage the Micro LAP portfolio's performance, including asset quality, delinquency, and profitability. Implement strategies to minimize non-performing assets.
4. Risk Management: Ensure compliance with risk policies and guidelines while conducting risk assessments, credit appraisals, and underwriting decisions.
5. Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to develop their skills and meet performance objectives.
6. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to Micro LAP operations.
8. Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
9. Financial Performance: Manage the regional P&L, budgeting, and cost control to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
10. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on the regional Micro LAP business's performance to senior management.
11. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as credit, operations, and marketing, to streamline processes and achieve common objectives.
- Should have seen big volume (approx. 40 cr of business)
- Should have handled large teams (approx. 3 ASM, 12 to 15 SM and DST)
- Should be from affordable HL background at least 4 to 5 years.
- Should have experience in Micro LAP - Ticket Size- 5-20 L
- Should have managed multiple locations in Karnataka/ Tamil Nadu
- Experience of 12 to 15 years + in asset industry
- Experience in handling big DST team
