- Strategic Planning: Studying the market conditions, competitor strategies, product performances in the previous years and accordingly preparing the division level annual operating plan based on the overall Organization goals and directions from SBU Sales Head.
- Sales & Dealer Management: Working with the ZMs and ASMs to forecast sales based on external and internal conditions
- Product and Brand Promotion: Reviewing geography-wise promotional activity planning and approving the same, preparing campaigns blueprint, participating in crop seminars, initiating branding activities in prominent locations and in dealer points, ensuring the promotional budgets are spend for right purposes, and calculating ROI from campaigns.
- Training & Reporting
- Professionals with a full time MBA in Marketing and good experience in team handling and stakeholder management preferred.
