Position: Regional Business Head - LAP

Location: Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh)

Role Overview and Ownership Areas:

The Incumbent as the Regional Business Head for Loan Against Property, will be responsible for the Business, Growth and Strategy, Targets and Plans, Execution and Operating Metrics, including P&L.

Role:

- Generate Business and add new clients / AUM through referrals while managing client portfolio risk and within organization risk norms.

- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve revenue targets and enhance team productivity.

- Implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard the business region and client interests.

- Develop and maintain a broad understanding of financial products and services.

- Foster a culture of cross-selling to achieve a balanced revenue mix.

- People Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals to achieve individual and collective goals and thereby achieve Business and Revenue targets.

- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Broad Product Understanding:

- Stay abreast of industry trends and maintain a comprehensive understanding of financial products and services.

- Provide guidance to the team on product offerings and market dynamics.

Revenue Generation:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth for the region.

- Identify new business opportunities and enhance existing client relationships.

Must Have:

- Strong leadership skills and a track record of achieving business and revenue targets.

- Excellent team management and motivational abilities.

- Thorough understanding of risk management and compliance.

- Broad understanding of financial products and services.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualification: MBA / Other Post Graduation

Experience: Around : 9 - 11 years' experience in focusing on Loan against Property and 4 to 5 years of Proven experience in a managerial role within the financial services industry.
