- Head Sales Role with key focus on expansion of Business of the Oncology Verticals for the respective regions.
- Candidate preferred from Hospital / Pharma Industry
- The goal is to drive sustainable growth through boosting interactions with CXO and unit heads of the institutions,
- KOL's and forging strong relationships with alliance partners. To grow Oncology business in the region by expanding the oncology network by collaboration.
- Develop a business growth strategy focused on Oncology business gain.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective partners.
- Promote the company's oncology products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Prepare partnership contracts ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Provide market feedback and competition activities.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing institutions.
- Keep records of daily interaction and weekly calls
- Meeting the Goals and targets on Quarterly Basis
- Meet Kol's on daily basis in person
- Supporting CBO in new initiatives.
- Participate in any new assignments given to you as per management requirements
