Description :
- Opportunity to manage large scale P&L at a Regional Level
- Opportunity to be a part of one of the largest medical devices company in the country
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the Hospitals and Distributors in the territory
- Developing Customer Base for market expansion especially for Key products
- Generate new business from the existing client
- Solve/Resolve substantial number of unanswered issues within defined SLAs and agreed time-lines
- Responsible for all new product launches and it's success in the market
- Determine price schedules and discount rates
- Monitor overall performance of the territories and ensure product wise targets are achieved
- Plan and direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
- Strong people management skills, should have managed large team and business volumes, with at least one or more layer of manager under you
- You should ideally be reporting into a Business Head/National Sales manager or Director Sales in your current role
- You should hold a Full-time MBA degree from a premier B-school
- You come with a strong understanding of the Health-care market (Medical Devices or Pharma)
- Knowing the local language will be considered a big advantage
