Job profile:
- Experience in Senior Management or Channel Development accountable to achieve business goals of a higher order profitably in a large or competitive territory/channel ? Single / Multiple Regions.
- Accountable for executing and achieving territory business goals and P&L
- Deployment and enabling inputs to L3/L3+ resources in the regions
- To maintain multilevel contact with Key Partner and accounts
- Manage and Influence inter-functional departments ? Horizontal and Vertically Upwards
- Engage and Direct immediate repartees and cross-functional resources ? Train, Develop, and deliver Business Goals
- Motivate and guide through developmental inputs and resources and manage their growth and career
- Problem Resolution through influencing and managing cross-functional departments
- Analyze Internal and External Data, Develop and Deliver results of a higher order
- Monitor, create, and implement tactical plans
- Strategic medium and long-term initiatives and interventions of the Organization
- Establish robust and contemporary sales/service Management and Monitoring Process Prioritization of Tasks regularly - Communicate / Align with all Stakeholders
- Visit the top 20 accounts at a desired frequency
- Develop Rapport / Relationship
- Negotiate all top and important Deals
- Manage all budgets ? Sales, Service, and admin
- Competition Feedback and Action
