Regional Business Head - FMCG

We have urgent opening Regional Business Head.

Experience- 7 to 20 Years

work Location -Chennai

- Should Be experience Last Mile Delivery, Supply chain, Vendor Management,

- Candidate should be speak & Understand Tamil Language

- Please dont call if you cant speak or understand Tamil Language.

- EBITDA improvisation, formulating financial strategies and budgets after detailed analysis of region

- Ensure collaborative working between DC operations, warehouse, Hub, Merchandising, Category, express delivery Buying team, Tech team and supply chain to execute all orders as per SLA and with minimum deviations

- Ensure the working capital, stock management, stock downturn is done as per the budgeted plans and any gaps in the same are handled and resolved on priority.

- Incharge for formulation of plannogram as per DMS.

- Work closely with Marketing team to develope and execute marketing strategy to increase orders and develope special offers for target groups.

- Mentor and guide team members, enable to foster a culture of high energy, customer focused work culture and optimize manhours.

- Ensure process and system compliances, adherence to established norms and thereby maintain and enhance operational efficiency

- Setup Team for Operation/Customer care/warehouse.

- Managing All the employees Involved across different department in that city.

- Taking care complete sales and P&L of City.

- Kick-Start and ensure smooth operations across the city.

- Responsible for end to end operational activity.
