Regional Business Head (South and East) - Small Town India
Indicative Job Description: The key task is to build profitable operations to serve this large populace spread across the nook and corner of the small towns of India
Key Accountability: Team Management , P&L , Sales plan Achievement, Channel Development , Market Development & Penetration, demand generation , Customer Satisfaction, people Development.
Key Decision:
- Establish close relationships with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges.
- Work closely with the marketing department for branding & awareness support at local level.
- Close relation with commercial to ensure that all financial claims of the channel are settled within time.
Key Attributes :
- Passion for building a new offline focused venture of scale, entrepreneurial mindset, open to taking on new challenges, can perform in unstructured environment, high energy, knack for channel management, has managed large teams in a fmcg/ fmcd industry at a regional level and understanding of rural/ urban markets.
- Geography & Channel Sales experience mandatory.
EXPERIENCE:
- 10-15 years of relevant sales experience .
- Sales experience in distributor management / Channel management preferred
- MBA/ PGDM from premium institutes
