Role Description:
As the Regional Business Head at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for formulating and executing a structured business plan to achieve enterprise sales and add to revenue targets while spearheading the company's sales efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountability for the entire process of lead management, sales and business development for the region.
- Data management to ensure 100% coverage in assigned territory and tracking other key parameters. Client acquisition campaigns and lead generation to build as a flagship brand for Property Services in the respective region.
- Accountability of service delivery ensures client retention and reference.
- Providing the market intelligence, data analytics and insights for the marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives.
- Accountability for achieving targets in the designated areas.
- Developing and maintaining database regular reporting & follow-ups.
- Mapping new projects and new builders in designated territories, acquisition of new projects and new builders to ensure coverage across designated territory.
- Achieving revenue and coverage targets.
Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years of overall experience, including at least 8-10 years in revenue-driven enterprise roles. Demonstrated success in sales management and deal closures is essential. Experience in managing and expanding the share of wallet from a client portfolio is highly desirable. Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to handle teams and create roadmap to achieve AOP goals
- Business Acumen: Exceptional business acumen, including market knowledge, sales strategies, and a deep understanding of real estate trends in Delhi/NCR will be preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
- Client-Centric Approach: A client-centric mindset with a focus on providing top-notch customer experiences and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Result-Oriented: A self-driven and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a dedication to achieving and surpassing targets.
- Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying challenges and providing creative solutions to address them, ensuring smooth business operations.
