- Ensure Integrity and Compliance in letter and in spirit lead by example. Achieve Overall Sales Revenue and Gross Margins for the geography ( P&L) Achieve Product-wise Sales Revenue and Gross Margins for Unit.
- Customize Unit Strategy in consultation with BU Head/ Marketing Team and then execute.
- Execute relevant targeted Marketing Programs together with Marketing Manager / Product Manager/s
- Build Direct Enduring Relationships with all KOLs and Large Accounts through Absolute Customer Delight.
- Lead a highly energized Sales Team aligned to organizational imperatives.
- Create a healthy competitive spirit through stretch goals and rewards/ recognition thereof.
- Leverage Sales Analytics for Customer Segments/ Product/ Geographical Performance Assessment Specifically Track Consumable Sales for Bundled Equipment Deals with 90% plus compliance.
- Drive Value Selling Culture at all levels through innovative solution selling approach.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and matrices. Should have exceptional interpersonal skills. Resilience or ability to rebound from crisis situations
- Should have a sharp Strategic Mindset with an ability to see around the corners.
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills with Executive Presence.
- Should be a talent connoisseur with ability to spot, hire, motivate, retain and grow highly talented teams Strong financial acumen.
