The Regional Business Head - Corporate Solutions Group will spearhead the development, growth, and profitability of the corporate insurance solutions vertical.
This role demands a strategic leader with in-depth knowledge of insurance broking, corporate risk management, and a proven track record of driving business success.
The individual will lead a dynamic team, build strategic relationships, and ensure the delivery of customized insurance solutions that align with client needs and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the Corporate Solutions Group to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and client needs to drive growth.
Business Development:
- Build and nurture relationships with key corporate clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Lead pitches, negotiations, and client presentations for securing large accounts.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent business acquisition.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
- Set performance goals and monitor progress to ensure team success.
Client Solutions:
- Oversee the design and delivery of tailored insurance programs for corporate clients, including employee benefits, property & casualty, liability, and other lines of business.
- Ensure high-quality advisory services to clients, aligning insurance strategies with their risk management objectives.
Operational Excellence:.
- Optimize processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and other departments to enhance client satisfaction and operational performance.
Compliance and Risk Management:.
- Please make sure that compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all business dealings.
- Maintain high standards of ethical conduct and governance across the group.
Qualifications & Experience:.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
Experience:.
- 10-15 years of experience in insurance broking or corporate insurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large corporate accounts.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of insurance products (EB & Non-EB) underwriting principles, and risk management practices.
