- Responsible for P&L of the business for entire west division.

- Meetings with consultants, architects, pmc, influencers for business development perspective

- Business development

- Planning, organizing and goal setting

- Business management

- Accurate tracking of competition activities / initiatives, strategies. Systemic information to all levels for reorganizing the business plans / strategies to beat the competition

- Human asset management

DESIRED PROFILE

- Should be from Building Material Solution Background

- 8-10 yrs sales experience

- Should have leaded a big team

- Good networking with Consultants / Architects / Influencers / PMC's, Interior Designers.
