Role & Responsibilities :
- Working Knowledge of AMX is desired.
- Should be responsible for complete sales, collection for the south region for BRS Products.
- Ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution.
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet and exceed AOP.
- Strong understanding of customer base, market dynamics and requirements.
- Lead and direct region sales to exceed sales plan and achieve regional sales goals.
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Lead generation from customer and distribution partners.
- Ensure Gross revenue and Gross Margin achievement as per AOP
- Meeting weekly and monthly numbers as committed.
- Ensure to increase Organization's wallet share in principal partner business and long term sustainability of the business.
- Meeting Channel partners and customers to ensure the gross margin achievement.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
- Ensure to collect receivables as per agreed terms with partner.
- Fully responsible for sales order and sales funnel for each of the key channel partner
- Strict adherence to manage turnaround time for price quotes submission and regular meeting with channel partner.
Knowledge & Experience Required :
- Experience from Telecom, video conferencing, telecom and Boardroom solution industry.
- Must have handled the business of video conferencing, Boardroom Automation Products, Telecom Products, IT Networking Products.
- Sales-Business Development
- Key account management and market intelligence inputs.
- Product knowledge on Polycom, AMX, Creston, Avaya, Extron, Harman brands will be added advantage.
- Maintains and expands customer base regularly., Building and maintaining rapport with key Partners; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Technical, Educational & Special Skills :
- B.E / B.Tech, MBA/Any PG Course
- Sales-Business Development
- Distribution, Telecom, IT, Services
- Key Account management and market intelligence inputs
- Technical certifications on video conferencing business, CTS will be an added advantage.
