Regional Business Head - BFSI - South

- Resource planning for the region

- Responsible for 30-60-90 days journey

- Carry targets for early attrition - should not be higher than x%

- Training need assessment for the people in his team

- Training delivery for his region

- POC for product related feedback for his region

- PIP management for his region, take targets to ensure not more than x% of team members are serving PIP.

- Manage the disciplinary action for his team including process for absconding
