Job Purpose
Basic Purpose of the Job: Accountable for regional Sales and Profitability-West includes the states of Maharsahtra & Gujarat and will have overall administrative control of three offices-Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Pune.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieves the Region’s revenue and profitability quotas for Printer business Unit for which the topline target is 500 mn and gross margin is Rs125 mn.
- Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
- Leads the Sales Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development
- Sets the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
- Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations.
- Empowered to make decisions within the Region and on behalf of the Region, and authority to make cross functional decisions in partnership with peers of other functions.
- Should be able to meet CIO’s/IT head of large enterprises and also manage our channel Partners.
