Designation: Regional Business Head South.

Department: Business.

Experience: Minimum 8 to 15 years.

Team: Regional Managers.

Industry: G & J preferred.

Reporting: Zonal Business Head.

Roles & Responsibilities:.

Sales & Profitability:

- Achieve set Regional Sales target.

- Strategize & implement sales plan to achieve sales objective.

- Analysing and tracking competitors' activities and provided valuable inputs for product.

- Enhancement and fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

- Ensure cost effective sales initiatives to yield profitability.

New Acquisition:

- Acquire new channel partners.

- Achieve set acquisition target.

- Identifying potential business opportunities and assessed revenue potential for enhancing the business.

Branding & Partner Engagement:

- Analyse brand positioning and consumer insight.

- Plan and implement branding initiatives with existing partners.

- Foster strong & constant brand presence with existing partners to yield business target.

Review: Submit periodical performance report / MIS to the reporting manager
